Evaluations are 75-90 minutes.
Follow up sessions are 60-75 minutes.
What should I expect during my initial evaluation?
I will perform a full body musculoskeletal assessment, pelvic floor and abdominal assessment if indicated, functional movement screen and review of your medical history. With YOUR specific goals in mind, we will collaborate on a plan of care that fits your busy schedule and improves your function and quality of life.
What should I expect during my follow up sessions?
Follow-up sessions include tracking your progress towards your goals, review of your home exercise program, individualized Pilates based therapeutic exercises, therapeutic activities, manual therapy, and most importantly empowering you through education.
Balanced Body Pelvic & Orthopedic Physical Therapy is an out-of-network provider, designed to give you high quality one-on-one physical therapy care. An up-front cost will be collected at each visit.
For PPO insurances, I can provide a superbill - a financial bill of the services and treatment provided - after each physical therapy visit. You can submit the superbill to your insurance company for reimbursement. Please call your insurance company prior to your first visit to check if/how much they reimburse for out of network services to fully understand your coverage.
